The Final Four is set. North Carolina versus Oregon and South Carolina versus Gonzaga are this Saturday’s Final Four Semifinal Games. See below for my personal picks for the 2017 Final Four. Online bookie agents can look at my picks and think about ways to manage their specific sportsbooks.
Final Four Semifinal Game Picks
The odds on both semifinal games as well as picks are below:
South Carolina +6.5, +235 vs Gonzaga -6.5, -275
South Carolina beat Marquette 93 to 73, they beat Duke 88 to 81, they throttled Baylor 70 to 50, they beat Florida 77 to 70. South Carolina had a great defense during the season. Now, they’ve got a great offense. What’s impressive about the Gamecocks is that they can run if their opponent wants to run. Or, they can slow it down if their opponent wants to slow it down.
I like Gonzaga, but my gut tells me that South Carolina wins this semifinal. Pay per head agents should set a max betting limit on the South Carolina moneyline at +235.
Oregon +4.5, +170 vs North Carolina -4.5, -200
North Carolina beat Kentucky 75 to 73 to win the East Region. What I hate about North Carolina’s win is that they turned the ball over 15 times. To me, that’s ridiculous. Oregon held Kansas, the most impressive team in the tournament up to the Elite Eight, to 60 points. Oregon forced Kansas to shoot 35% from the field, and 20% from three.
I think Oregon beats North Carolina. Just like with South Carolina versus Gonzaga, per head agents should set max betting limits on the Oregon moneyline. If agents use the mass editing tool, they can make changes for all their players at once.
Final Four Future Picks
Check out Final Four Future betting odds:
North Carolina 8/5
South Carolina 8/1
The Zags broke out with an excellent game versus Xavier in the Elite Eight. Gonzaga beat the Musketeers 83 to 59. But, the Zags play a team that can keep up with them on the offensive end while being better on the defensive end in South Carolina on Saturday.
I believe that in a battle between South Carolina and Oregon, Oregon has the advantage. The Ducks play defense close to as well as South Carolina does. The difference between the two teams is that South Carolina has one player that can take the game over in Sindarius Thornwell. Oregon has two players that can take the game over in Dillon Brooks and Tyler Dorsey.
I like Oregon. Per head agents should set max betting limits on all teams left to win the 2017 Final Four. If they sign-up with the pay per head company right now, not only will online bookie agents have access to the mass editing tool, but they’ll get $6.50, half-off, for the per head company’s premium package.
