Some of the latest news on the Ravens mention the team´s possible interest in former Houston Texans quarterback Case Keenum. Last season, Keenum played for new Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak when he was the head coach of the Texans. Keenum started eight games for the Texans and completed 137 of 253 pass attempts (54%) for 1,760 yards (6.96 average) and 9 touchdowns with 6 interceptions.

Keenum was sacked 19 times in 2013, and wound up 0-8 as a starter. Baltimore is seemingly set at the developmental quarterback position, after spending a draft pick on Keith Wenning and signing him to the practice squad just this week. Here is a quick video on Keenum:  http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/15168/case-keenum

On the other hand, Cincinnati Bengals has an average 2014 preseason losing twice and managing to pull two victories over the Cardinals and the Colts.  According to Coley Harvey of ESPN Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert expects to play in Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens as the players seems to be in full shape after the shoulder injury he suffered during preseason.

The only thing going for Eifert now is that he appears to be healthy and Marvin Jones will miss some games due to injury.

The most recent betting odds for this game stand at:

Cincinnati Bengals   +1  43o

Baltimore Ravens    -1  43u

Furthermore, the city of Philadelphia will be hosting at the Lincoln Financial Field the game between Jacksonville Jaguars and the Eagles. Philadelphia had a shaky preseason beginning, but the Eagles managed to bounce back by pulling two consecutive wins over the Steelers and the NY Jets.

After filling nine of the 10 available practice squad spots over the weekend, the Eagles signed their final practice squad player Wednesday, bringing in linebacker Colton Underwood. On a different note, Jacksonville Jaguars preseason losing streak was quite long and unexpected as the team just had three recent losses to the Bears, the Lions, and the Falcons. The Jaguars only managed to win their preseason opener against Green Bay Packers.
