Over the past week, the Pats were able to swat away the injury bug early this season ensuring a perfect attendance at practice Friday for the second straight day in preparation for the upcoming clash against the Raiders.

New England had quite an extensive list of players nursing injuries among which we can mention: Wide receiver Julian Edelman (back), running back Shane Vereen (shoulder), offensive linemen Ryan Wendell (knee) and Dan Connolly (knee), defensive end Michael Buchanan (ankle), linebacker Jamie Collins (thigh), cornerback Alfonzo Dennard (shoulder), tight end Rob Gronkowski (knee), safety Don Jones (hamstring) and defensive tackle Sealver Siliga (hand).

There is no doubt, there is a lot of pressure on Tom Brady and Patriots head coach Bill Belichick as most fans and media have been talking about the team’s need to spread the ball around a bit more in the passing attack in order to find their game.  Click here for more information on Brady and Belichick:
