There is no doubt baseball is the sport of Summer and the Major League Baseball (MLB) Regular season is already on its Week 11 – from June 4th to June 10th, 2014 with a great deal of action and interesting games scheduled.

In many cities around the United States, there will be lots of baseball action as it is the case of Kansas City where the St. Louis Cardinals will be facing the locals – Kansas City Royals. There has always been a strong rivalry between these two teams, but it has grown stronger now that the Royals have become a very competitive pick to grasp the American League Central Titles and the Cardinals an eternal favorite in National League Central.

Ohio will also be a splendid scenario this evening for the upcoming game between the hosts – Cincinnati Reds that welcome the San Francisco Giants. Despite, the forecast which calls for a 90 percent chance of rain, this could certainly be the Reds night as Cincinnati now has Bruce back in the lineup and Votto and Latos could also play before the current 10-game homestand is over.

“These guys have a very good record,” Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco said Tuesday. “They’re playing well on both sides of the ball, hitting and pitching. We need to go out there and try to build some momentum, try to get a good streak going.”

Furthermore, the Chicago Cubs will be this evening hosts when the New York Mets arrive at Wrigley Field in Illinois. This is Chicago’ second game of the series against the Mets. The favorites to win are: the Mets with a money line at -110 and a spread at -1.5 o +102u -112 .
