NFL Predictions

The 2014 NFL preseason WEEK 2 ended last night as Cleveland and Washington met for a new pro football test.  Last night game was full of inaccuracies as both Cleveland quarterbacks Johnny Manziel and Brian Hoyer did nothing to establish themselves as the true number one quarterback for this team and there were a lot of  dropped passes to go with the inaccurate throws.

As per ESPN’s Bill Hofheimer, the Cleveland-Washington Monday night action drew the second highest NFL preseason rating game so far.

The following is the most current 2014 NFL preseason top 5 team ranking:

1/ Seattle –  there is no doubt, they have the best home field advantage in the league

2/ San Francisco – This is the same way they finished last year, however, the Niners getting blitzed twice in preseason

3/ New Orleans – an improved defense is the biggest key to this team’s success.

4/ New England  – the team Peyton Manning quarterbacks representing the AFC in 10 of the last 11 Super Bowls, but a healthy Gronk, some better talent and a motivated Brady could put them back in the big game

5/ Denver – Like New England, this is the ‘chalk’ pick. A lot of big pickups in the offseason have people convinced, but I just remember a team that got absolutely clubbed by Seattle.
