After one full week of exciting baseball action the following is our top 10 of the teams that seem to have good chances as to those that came out short.

In the first position we have the Washington Nationals, these guys have put together an elite pitching staff and have showed great power and good strategies. The second place is for the Atlanta Braves, their high expectations have certainly delivered good results especially with the solid pitching performance of Justin Upton who has managed five home runs in six games.

The Detroit Tigers take the third position but we were expecting more of Victor Martinez after last season. He´s does not seem in tune and looks quite slow. Fourth position is for the Cincinnati Reds, the Reds kicked off the season in great style and Todd Frazier is doing a great job.

The San Francisco Giants are currently in the fifth position followed by the Texas Rangers, it is too early in the season to foresee what might happen but both teams had a slow start and we hope to see more action in the coming weeks.

On the other hand, in the 8th position we find the Baltimore Orioles which despite their poor performances Chris Davis’ four home runs have helped to overcome the bad start.

The last two teams in the top ranking are: the Oakland Athletics and the Tampa Bay Rays, the A´s Jed Lowrie has shown great talent and currently has the second-most hits (13) in the majors, including 3 home runs so far in the season.
