This week all the NBA action focuses on a couple of very interesting games as the Eastern showdown takes place when the Miami Heat faces off Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night; perhaps the two most dominant teams in the league met at the US Airways Center in Arizona.
The four-time MVP Heat´s player LeBron James was back in great shape last night in Phoenix, scoring a total of 37 points and helped out with big plays down to widen the gap of points for a final score of 103-97 victory over the Suns. This is the 8th consecutive time Phoenix loses to Miami.
Some of the top scorers on both ends were: Gerald Green scoring 21 of his 26 points in the second half for Phoenix, while Bosh added 21 points and Mario Chalmers 13 for the Heat. Goran Dragic and Channing Frye had 15 each one.
“They make plays at the end of games, they have done it for the last two years, two and a half years, now.” Phoenix coach Jeff Hornacek said. The following is a quick video on the game´s highlights for review: http://scores.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=400489647
As the Suns and Heat move forward to their next meeting here are some the teams´ highlights we can mention; for example Miami will play their last game at Golden State before the All-Star break on Wednesday night, the Suns won 11 times in a row when Green scored at least 20 points, and during this season Miami´s longest losing streak is 3 games.
On the other hand, on Thursday night at the United Center in Chicago the Bulls welcome the Brooklyn Nets and the hosts take the lead on the point spread as favorites to win the game. But, let’s not forget the Nets have always been very strong contenders and will deliver a very defensive game. Be sure to check out BettorsNet.com® Pay per Head for more betting odds updates.
