Top members of the West Division of the NFL the Denver Broncos were originally founded in 1960 with their headquarters located in the Paul D. Bowlen Memorial Broncos Centre.
The Broncos early beginning in the 1960´s was very weak and were barely competitive until 1973 when the team had a winning season and four years later they made the playoffs for the first time (1977).
So far in the team´s history they have won 2 League championships, 2 Super Bowl Championships in 1997 (XXXII), 1998 (XXXIII), 7 AFC Conference championships in the following years: 1977, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1997, 1998, 2013 and 20 Playoff appearances.
The Broncos´venue is the Sports Authority Field stadium located in Mile High, Denver, their home stadium where most of their games take place during the NFL regular season.
This is one of the most impressive NFL locations that has a great number of administrative and entertainment areas for football fans. For example: Sports Hall of Fame Museum, executive suites, united club level, a NFL visiting team locker room facilities, keg room, thunder’s Stall, team field entrance tunnel, field level from the end Zone Area, network television production Compound and TV & radio broadcast facilities & writing press center.

Denver´s most renowned rivalries are with AFC west members: the Kansas City Chiefs that currently holds a 56–52 series lead over the Broncos. Oakland Raiders hold a 60–47–2 series lead over the Broncos, including 1–1 in the playoffs and finally the San Diego Chargers. Unlike the first two teams Denver currently holds a winning a record against San Diego with a 59–49–1 series lead.
For the 2014-2014 NFL regular season Denver is suiting up to return to a Super Bowl final despite their terrible loss during last season against Seattle. John Elway knows about some of the worst beat downs in the NFL and quarterback Manning himself has experienced the agony of losing on the NFL’s biggest stage.
But, there are some good news for the upcoming season as Denver’s roster in 2014 is better than it was in 2013 and the team paid big bucks, nearly $125 million on free agents like: Aqib Talib, Emmanuel Sanders, T.J. Ward and DeMarcus Ware. This is certainly a boost on the Broncos´ offense
The Broncos´renewed mental fortitude and drive could mean they have got now what it takes to get the job done in 2014, but only time will tell as the NFL regular season kicks off in early September.
