The New England Patriots were founded in 1959 as a professional football team based in the  surroundings of the city of Boston. The Patriots are current members of the East Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) with its headquarters in the Foxborough, Massachusetts.

New England´s home stadium since 2002 has been the Gillette Stadium also located in Foxborough, Massachusetts and with a capacity of 68,756 spectators.

There is no doubt, New England´s Patriots are once again the top favorites to reach the season´s Super Bowl final and everyone at New England is getting ready to start practices as there is plenty of work to do with the official training camp beginning on July 24th, 2014.
