The St. Louis Rams is a NFL team based in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. The Rams were first established 78 years ago in 1936 and they are currently headquartered at Russell Athletic Training Center (Earth City).
Back in the Rams´early days the team played in Cleveland, Ohio and they were known as Cleveland Rams. Moreless, 10 years later when the Rams moved to Los Angeles, California their name changed to Los Angeles Rams.

St. Louis´ head coach since 2012 is Jeff Fisher who was previously coaching Houston/Tennessee Oilers/Titans (1994–2010). Many NFL experts called it the Jeff Fisher Era as the team has showed a new level of competitiveness with the addition of new player personnel and positive attitude in general.

On a different note, the Rams´summer training camp team activities have been taking place over the past days. St. Louis´ defensive coordinator Gregg Williams worked on implementing his schemes to the team´s defense and the Rams are starting to look pretty organized.
“We try to turn the practices into harder things, harder simulations than games,” Williams said. “I believe in the organized chaos theory of practices being very, very hard to communicate, fighting through with reps and all that kind of stuff so that when they get to the games, it’s pretty routine. It’s very simple. This has been a learning curve for them and really been a learning curve for me because I’ve got to try to learn each and every one of them – the veterans, too.”
This is a short video on what Williams had to say to the press while at training camp: http://www.stlouisrams.com/news-and-events/article-1/OTA-Day-Eight-Recap/f4cc20f3-b1ab-49c3-b6c1-8f39d4046da6
