The 2014 NFL Playoffs have began and both conferences have their teams at the top of their performances just waiting to meet and measure forces to determine who the next Super Bowl XLVIII contenders will be.

After yesterday´s game the AFC Championship crown belongs to the Denver Broncos and his quarterback superstar Peyton Manning. Manning who is 37 years-old has become the “man of the hour” leading his team to a great victory over New England Patriots for a final score of 26 to 16; no doubt this is a fantastic comeback after Peyton´s neck surgery recovery.

Manning got on the field with a lifetime record of 4-10 lifetime against flawless Tom Brady, and with a 10-11 playoff mark. But Peyton, he just loves to win and he did it very cold and nicely.

The Broncos advance to the next step; Super Bowl XLVIII in just two weeks where they will face off the Seattle Seahawks in New Jersey.

On the other hand, at the CenturyLink Field in Washington the Seahawks overcame San Francisco in a pretty tight game. The NFC Championship title stays in Seattle thanks to their top-ranked defense that forced three fourth-quarter turnovers and a 35-yard touchdown pass on fourth down to win extra points in a 23-17 final scoring.

‘‘This is really special,’’ added coach Pete Carroll, who has turned around the Seahawks in four seasons in charge. ‘‘It would really be a mistake to not remember the connection and the relationship between this football team and the 12th Man and these fans. It’s unbelievable.’’

After this past Sunday´s game the cards have been laid on the table and this year´s Super Bowl XLVIII will be a game of great defense against great offense. The Seahawks and the Broncos is an ultimate battle of strength, will of power, and real action.
