The National Football League or NFL is the most followed sport league in the United States. It is currently formed of 32 teams divided in two different conferences: the American Football conference (AFC) and the National Football conference (NFC).

This year regular season is at its peak with the NFL playoffs which started last Saturday January 5th and with its closing games on Sunday, January 20th. Only 12 teams make it to the playoffs and the two remaining ones will be facing each other at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome arena for the Super Bowl crown.

This unexpectedly surprising 2012-2013 season is coming to an end and only 8 teams are left in the race for the Super Bowl XLVII. The coming weekend the Divisional round is up and the first and second seeded teams of the AFC; the Broncos and the Patriots will have to secure their positions when they take on the third and fourth seeded Texans and Ravens.

On the other hand, we have the NFC with the Falcons and 49ers, first and second seeded accordingly, that wait to take on the Packers and the Seahawks.
