NBA#24San Antonio Spurs blew up the Miami Heat in an incredible game at AT&T Center after Danny Green and Gary Neal scored their high-career points in 30 and 25 minutes respectively. Green scored 27 points and Neal got 24 points, this way they supported the Spurs setting the victory with 16 3-pointers in an astonishing 113-77 conquest over the Miami Heat. This triumph gives San Antonio a 2-1 lead in the series. For the Heat this is their worst 36-point loss at the playoffs for the franchise.

During this game, the Spurs had an incredible outside shooting 16-for-32 from the 3-point line for the game. It also was a night where LeBron James had a horrible shooting, only making 7 for 21 and scoring only 15 points, his lowest of this year’s Finals.

San Antonio controlled the game and got a lead of 11 points in the first quarter. However, Miami cut the Spurs advantage within six points by halftime. However, with an astonishing home crowd the Spurs got on fire on the final two quarters with a display of great shooting that Miami were not able to compete.

King James try to help  and had some shots late in the third quarter for Miami but the Spurs didn’t let them get any closer as Gary Neal, Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard lead San Antonio with a 13-0 run at  the beginning of the fourth quarter. The rest was history.

The next game of the finals is scheduled to be Thursday again at the AT&T Center. Heat need a win to stay alive in the series while San Antonio wants to wrapper up as soon as possible, we will see what happen tomorrow at Game 4.

NHL: Stanley Cup Playoffs-St. Louis Blues at Los Angeles Kings

The Stanley Cup championship will start in Chicago this Wednesday night, with the Chicago Blackhawks and the Boston Bruins confronting themselves in the first game of the best of 7 series. It’s a classic game series between two of the original six teams of the NHL.

However, they are a lot of expectations around the Stanley Cup Final this year; many hockey fans are thinking it will be a Final series that will be remember for years to come.

The Black Hawks have improved significantly on the hockey field in recent years, becoming one of the league’s leading team by winning the Stanley Cup in 2010. While the Bruins, who won the Stanley Cup in 2011, are recognized as a big and physically team that skates well. Whether it’s sufficient to keep up with Chicago player’s speed and skill is part of what makes these Finals a special one.

Nevertheless, we have to say in the nearly 90 seasons of hockey, none of these teams have faced off against each other for the championship.

But these teams have faced each other several times.  Last time they played each other was on Oct. 15, 2011, when Boston earned a 3-2 victory. Boston has won six of the last eight games against the Blackhawks in the regular season. The Bruins also have attained 3 victories in the last four meetings at the United Center.
